After we received some images from National Geographic Kids magazine that appeared to reveal further development of either next-generation Revolution titles, or enhanced functionality for current titles, Nintendo set out to dash our excitement against the rocks. They told Eurogamer, "What the magazine has done is imagine how existing franchises would work with the Revolution controller, rather than actually seeing anything... It's all still speculation."
That's Nintendo's story and they're sticking to it, fine, but it still seems fishy. Why invite them all the way to Tokyo so they could write a feature article full of speculation? Hell, we could fill the Library of Alexandria with all the speculation surrounding the Revolution!
